Jeet Verma is one of the youngest and most talented bar professionals in the region. Currently the Beverage manager for LSL capital restaurants and runs Jamavar Dubai , Mimi Mei Fair dubai and Moon bar Mimi. He learnt hospitality at a very young age as his family-owned restaurants back in his home state of Rajasthan.
His journey as a bartender began when a friend showed him a video of Alexander Shtifanov the world-famous flair bartender, this curiosity led him to start his career with flair bartending but eventually moved to full timeMixology as it allowed him to be creative with new flavors and concepts for cocktails.
He has been part of many mixologists' competitions. Like Bacardi, world-class, Cointreau, tequila, and many more.
Catereme (Middle East) gave him the "Bartender of the year - 2020" & Bar Manager of the Year-2025."

Vikram Singh is an award-winning bar professional with over a decade of international experience across India, the UAE, and Bahrain. He has contributed to globally recognized venues, including Masti Dubai, which earned accolades such as Top 500 Bars, 50 Best Discoveries, and recognition from the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards and Michelin Guide Dubai. He has led successful bar program developments, including the launch of Hazel Bahrain and Nook Bahrain, with expertise spanning pre-opening strategy, menu engineering, and team leadership. Vikram is known for crafting innovative, experience-driven cocktails by blending modern techniques with Indian ingredients and cultural influences. His achievements include Bartender of the Year – Caterer Middle East Awards 2022 and recognition in the Top 50 Bartender Powerlist 2023. A strong mentor and creative leader, he is focused on elevating beverage programs through consistency, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences.
