Jeet Verma is one of the youngest and most talented bar professionals in the region. Currently the Beverage manager for LSL capital restaurants and runs Jamavar Dubai , Mimi Mei Fair dubai and Moon bar Mimi. He learnt hospitality at a very young age as his family-owned restaurants back in his home state of Rajasthan. His journey as a bartender began when a friend showed him a video of Alexander Shtifanov the world-famous flair bartender, this curiosity led him to start his career with flair bartending but eventually moved to full timeMixology as it allowed him to be creative with new flavors and concepts for cocktails. He has been part of many mixologists' competitions. Like Bacardi, world-class, Cointreau, tequila, and many more.

Catereme (Middle East) gave him the "Bartender of the year - 2020" & Bar Manager of the Year-2025."
